Riccardo Pizzichemi is a PhD student in Data Analytics and Decision Sciences (DADS) at Politecnico di Milano. He holds a II-level Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics from Università degli studi di Milano and a MSc in Medical Biotechnology from the Università degli studi di Milano-Bicocca. His research focuses on the development of novel computational pipelines and machine learning–based methods to detect and characterize genotoxicity in gene therapy settings, analyzing both patients and mouse models treated with Lentiviral Vector-modified hematopoietic stem cells.
